This surface-mounted seat cover and toilet paper dispenser with sanitary napkin disposal for toilet compartments is specially designed to meet new Building Code requirements for ADA accessibility when mounted correctly. Crafted with sleek and durable type 304 stainless steel, and equipped with double toilet tissue dispensers featuring vandal-resistant rollers, this accessory is ideal for various building types and high-traffic environments. All components are positioned on the opposite side from the 0487-R-9 model. The product also includes a stainless steel collar for surface mounting.
