Shipping & Returns Policy


Island Supply dedicates itself to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order. We therefore urge you to review our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order. Your order ships directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, and therefore, is subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and return policy .

 

Product availability listed on the site is the standard amount of days it takes to ship your product from the factory. Most of our products ship out within 2 business days. However there can be products subject to longer lead times based on manufacturer availability. Please allow for additional transit time from when the item is shipped.  

       

Returns Policy for Damaged Goods

  • Please inspect your order for damages and order accuracy immediately after receiving it.  If a shipment is received damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate please notify Island Supply within 48 hours of receipt. We will then have a replacement shipment sent out to you at no cost. Please note as per the manufacturer’s policy, all damaged or defective products must be held for possible inspection, which may include providing photos.

Returns Policy for Unopened Items

  • Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 30% restocking fee.  shipping costs are non-refundable.
  •  Prior authorization required for all returns.  No items will be accepted for return without an approved RMA. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items ship back directly to manufacturer. Island Supply must be given the tracking information for any returns via email, with the order number referenced in the subject.
  • No returns will be accepted on any custom items such as ASI  Piatto Series after 24 hours from when the order is placed.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before refunds are issued. 
  • Island Supply has the right to reject any returns without a valid RMA or after the 30-day return period.

 

Customer Return Procedure

  • Contact Customer Service at 732-363-1392 to obtain an RMA Request Form
  • Once RMA is received, pack the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions listed on the RMA Form.  Be sure to place the RMA Form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
  • Ship the authorized item(s) within 15 days of the date that the RMA was issued.  We encourage you to insure your shipment to cover loss or damages incurred in transit.
  • Allow 4 weeks for shipping and processing of return.
